The manager hit him in the back & told him to never ask the customer what size they wanted & to always upcharge to a large. I quickly advised him to always ask the customer because if you upcharge me for something I do not want, I could very easily become a nightmare customer. Not to mention upcharging a customer without permission is just plain wrong.October 03, 2016
